REFUND/RETURN POLICY

Positively Luxe works hard to ensure you receive every detail, clear photos and all the information about our products prior to purchasing (our email and DMs are always open for any questions as well:). With that in mind, if you are unsatisfied with your order, Positively Luxe gladly offers returns with the option of an exchange or store credit only and within 30 days of delivery on all orders. If your item is incorrect, please promptly email us and we will make it right.
