SHIPPING POLICY

 

The Positively Luxe Shipping Promise- as soon as you place an order, we will begin getting it ready right away (with lots of love) to ship from our warehouse in Orange County, CA! Typically, orders placed before 12pm PST will be shipped the same day (expect Sundays), however, please allow up to 2 days after your order is confirmed to get sent out. We will send you a tracking number once it’s on it’s way. For custom orders, please allow 10 days for your order to ship- we promise it will be worth the wait!

Shipping Costs:
U.S. Shipping is FREE on all orders over $50.
U.S. Shipping is a flat rate of $7.99 on orders $49.99 or under. 
We currently only offer shipping within the United States.

Positively Luxe is not responsible for theft of a delivered package, loss of package or damage during shipping.
